Spiritual attunements involve a personalised guided spiritual meditation, reiki, sound healing and a spiritual transmission. Flower essences, crystals and essential oils are used as required, amplifying the energy.

In addition to everything encompassed in Option 1, If you are looking to incorporate spiritual practice in to your daily life, spiritual guidance can be incorporated into the treatment as required.

I went to see Justine because I knew that my over-eating at night wasn't what I wanted yet I couldn't seem to stop myself. A warm welcome and if you choose we start with a epsom salt footbath, whilst you select a flower essence, essential oil, angel card to support your emotional wellbeing and prepare your body for relaxation. During this time we discuss how you are feeling and identify the intention for this healing session.
Healing treatment then moves to sound therapy with crystal singing bowl, and solfeggio tuning fork, the sound:
allows deep relaxation, calming and peaceful stimulates stress relief
elevates life force
balances the mind
promotes energy balance in the body
enhances creativity and focus
Through breathwork and sound therapy as the body starts to relax more deeply and brain waves may shift from beta to alpha, the heart and mind is open.
We then move into the spiritual meditation. The theme will be selected by the client beforehand, the theme is customised, therefore creating space for optimising the shift.
A hands on reiki session follows in a deeply compassionate, loving, supportive space. Shifting lower energies, removing the pebbles in your river and bringing in through the crown chakra new vibrant spiritual energy that will flow through your body, balancing your chakras and meridians. Crystals and selentine wand are used as required. Cleansing and clearing your auric field.
We then move to a powerful mantra, that may leave you feeling expansive, empowered, clear, light and connected.
